About Me

Hi! I'm Teri-May.

And I absolutely love to bake. Actually... I just love anything sweet. Whats more, I spend my time making and perfecting sweet treats (usually some kind of cupcake!) for my friends, family and generally anyone who will eat them! If I can't make them for you, the least I can do is share a recipe or a tutorial so you can make them yourself!! So, welcome to my world :). For me, a major part of baking is making the end product as pretty as possible. Obviously the taste comes first but what good is a tasty cake if it doesn't look appetising?!  This is one of the other main reasons behind my blog; I want to expand my baking repertoire and keep a nice, organised record as I discover and create new recipes.

Although my family and friends may disagree, I do also happen to have a life outside of the kitchen (not half as fun or interesting, unfortunately!). I am a psychology undergraduate at Cardiff University where I live with my best friends and an aspiring forensic psychologist. I also have a baking assistant and a cleaner-upper in my lovely boyfriend, Martin who is very supportive and helpful in all my baking endeavors- including this blog (Thank you, Martin!).
